Using our state of the art Reformer machines, this low impact workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Open to all, with no previous pilates experience required, our trainers will guide you through a fun filled 50 minute session. Expect dynamic movements, isolated muscle holds and moves to the beat of the music.

First time at FLYPROJECT Pro Tips:
Arriving 15 minutes before your class starts is key to having a whole FLY experience. A rushed set-up is no fun. And if you arrive after the class has already started, we may not be able to accommodate you.
Once you’re there, introduce yourself to someone at the front desk. Everyone in the black studio crew shirts is there to help you.
They’ll show you around the space—including the changing rooms, bathrooms, lockers, the works.
They’ll also help you set up your bike, and anything else you may need for your class.
Honestly, wear whatever you want, just get ready to get sweaty!
We recommend going with your favourite workout gear that makes you feel good. A sports bra/top and form fitting leggings or shorts that stay out of the way of moving pedals. For our rides you’ll need cycling shoes that are Real Look Keo Grip Clip, Zeray OEM Keo Clip or SPD Clip compatible for the class.
But you don’t have to worry about them because we got you covered, you can always borrow our cleats from the studio. But if you prefer to bring your own, do it!
