ROLE OVERVIEW:
Reporting to either the Studio Manager (SM) and Head of Operations (HO), the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, class quality, human resources (desk team), facilities, to ensure that the studio under his or her care are successful business units.
RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW (Home Studio):
Manage day to day operations of the studio
Ensure delivery of excellent member service
Grow the club culture by building strong relationships with members
Grow and mentor the desk team staff
Be prepared to take on extra duties, development and problem - solving tasks as necessary
Conduct class capacity / attendance audits to maximize class capacity and studio usage
Conduct daily class count to ensure achievement of daily capacity target
Inspect and manage 10 point check for all studios he / she is responsible for
Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Accounting or Finalist Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years related working experience

Working hours:
Mon-Fri: 4PM-11PM
1 weekend shift per week: 8AM-4PM

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for establishing a fun, safe, and community-focused culture that delivers high member satisfaction and helps members achieve maximum fitness success. You will be responsible for conducting FLYCIRCUIT 30-minute HIIT classes for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and creating a FLY community culture in the studio that delivers results and high member satisfaction. As the FLYCIRCUIT trainer, you must attend corporate events, athletic events, demonstrations, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness. You'll be working closely with the Lead Trainer.
REQUIREMENTS
Instruct and lead safe and effective group fitness classes that deliver high-quality results for all members.
Prepare and engage in every class to ensure the safety of your members. Must be able to demonstrate exercises for members and assist with the progression of all exercises.
Possess practical knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques to demonstrate, correct, and assist with regressions and progressions of all exercises.
Collaborate with trainers to ensure maximum member engagement and connection to the people and the studio.
Develop and help foster a positive, motivational, and community-based team training environment for all members.
Ensure the studio equipment is impeccably maintained.
Be willing to work flexible hours and be actively involved in growing the business.
Assist in creating a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused studio culture that delivers high member satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Certified Group Fitness Instructor (ACE/ FIT/ AFAA, etc).
Certified Personal Trainer (ACE/ FIT/ ACSM/ NSCA, etc).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Group Training/Personal Fitness Training.
Polished and professional appearance.

If you are a professional Pilates instructor who is energetic, friendly, willing to learn, build relationships with potential and existing clients, sell classes and lead dynamic apparatus focused workout routines (we use Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre and more), you’ll be a great addition to our team. We are looking for instructors with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner. REQUIREMENTS
Current full apparatus Pilates Reformer Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
Experience teaching group classes
Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction

Punctual, reliable and dedicated

RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Flyproject standards
Instructing clients (up to 6 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
Conducting private, semi-private, demo or other additional sessions as needed
Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
Assisting with membership sales and checking clients in
Building studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales & services
Being a motivating and inspiring force

As the Content & Multimedia Executive for FLYPROJECT, you will be responsible for creating engaging graphics, infographics, and visuals for articles, as well as capturing captivating photos and creating high-quality video content. Your primary goal will be to drive audience engagement, increase newsletter subscriptions, and grow our social media following. Through your work, you will not only expand FLYPROJECT's reach but also establish yourself as an expert in-house designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather information and materials to prepare work for execution.
Study information and materials to plan and conceptualise design ideas.
Design rough layouts of art and copy, considering arrangement, size, type size and style, and other aesthetic concepts.
Capture photos of events, studios, instructors, and stock images, as well as shoot and edit video content for social media and promotional purposes.
Seek approval for design concepts by submitting rough layouts for review.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design, photography, and video creation. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Possess an open and inquisitive character with a focus on creative problem-solving.
Enthusiasm for social media, advertising, and branding.
Confidence to voice opinions, ask questions, and challenge ideas.
