  • GETTING STARTED
    How Do I Sign Up / Register? Click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of the Menu Bar. Insert your details to create your account. If It's My First Time, How Do I Join? Sign Up: Start by creating an account on our website. Purchase Credits: Choose a credit package that suits your needs. Book a Class: Browse the schedule, select your desired class, and pick your preferred spot. How Does It Work? Here at FLYPROJECT, we use a pay-as-you-go credit-based system. 1 credit allows you to book any FlyCycle, FlyFight, FlyCircuit, or FlyLab class, while 2 credits are needed for FlyReformer. Credits are purchased in packages of credit bundles. All classes can be booked easily and quickly online. If It's My First Time, What’s Your Advice? We ask for your first class that you arrive 20 minutes before class so our desk team can check you in, help you set up in class and show you around the studio. Go at your own pace, take a break if you need to. Make sure to inform the instructor if you have any injuries prior to the chosen workout. If you’re unsure about committing, try our Credits package—offers flexibility with no strings attached. New to FLYPROJECT? we suggest starting with the First Fliers package, which gives you 3 credits to explore our classes. For those who can’t get enough or a fitness enthusiasts, we have larger packages where the cost per credit decreases as you buy more. Check out our full package pricing here.
  • CREDIT PACKAGES
    What Type of Payment Methods Do You Accept? We accept online payments via debit/credit cards and Stripe through our website. You can also make payments at any of our studios using cashless methods—card payments and QR Pay are accepted. How Long Does A Package Last For? First Fliers Package: 1 month from the date of purchase 1 CREDIT: 1 month from the date of purchase 4 CREDITS: 1 month from the date of purchase 12 CREDITS: 3 months from the date of purchase 40 CREDITS: 6 months from the date of purchase 100 CREDITS: 12 months from the date of purchase How Many Classes Can I Book? 1 CREDIT: 1 FlyCycle, FlyFight, FlyCircuit, or FlyLab booking. Book as many classes as you have credits. 2 CREDITS: 1 FlyReformer booking. Credits must be from a single package and cannot be combined from different packages. Do My Credits Rollover If I Don’t Use Them In Time? Credits do not rollover. They must be used within the specified timeframe or they will expire. Can I Extend My Package? We can only extend your package for medical reasons, and it’s subject to approval. Just send us your request with a supporting document to admin@flyproject.co. Be sure to contact us before your package expires—we can’t make any changes after it has already expired. Which Packaged Can Be Shared? Packages of 12 CREDITS and above can be shared. Up to 7 accounts can be included. Please send a request to admin@flyproject.co with the email addresses associated with the FLYPROJECT accounts. Can The Credits Be Shared Amongst FLYCYLE, FLYLAB, FLYCIRCUIT, FLYREFORMER & FLYFIGHT? Yes, they can. How Can I Assign a Class Spot to Someone Else? If you’ve got a SHAREABLE package with enough credits, you can easily reserve up to three spots per class, including yourself. If you’re not planning to join the class, no worries! Just assign the spot to your guest, and they can attend on their own. How Do I Assign a Guest to a Class? Book your spot in the class like you normally would. Go to the “My Classes” section. Click the “gear” icon next to the class and select “Assign Guest.” Enter your guest's email address, and they’ll receive an email invitation. Your guest needs to claim their spot within 24 hours of booking by following the instructions in the email. If you decide to join the class as well, just make a new booking for yourself using your account. Where Can I Get A Receipt? Receipts are automatically sent to your email as soon as you make a purchase. Check your inbox for the confirmation.
  • SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES
    What Type of Payment Methods Do You Accept? We accept online payments using debit/credit cards, as well as Stripe through our website. We also accept payments at any of our studios, only credit card payments are accepted. What Subscription Packages Do You Have? All Access (for all types of classes): 6 Credits Monthly 9 Credits Monthly 12 Credits Monthly Reformer Access Only: 5 Reformer Classes Monthly 10 Reformer Classes Monthly Circuit Access Only: 1 Month Unlimited FlyCircuit All subscriptions expire and auto-renew within 1 month from the date of purchase. How Many Classes Can I Book? You can book for as many sessions as you’d like, as long as you have an active package. Which Packaged Can Be Shared? All SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGE is non shareable Can I combine different subscription packages? No, each subscription package is separate and can’t be combined or merged. Where Can I Get A Receipt? Receipts are automatically sent to customers through email upon time of purchase. What happens if I cancel a class late or don’t show up? Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice or missing a check-in will result in a RM60 (before SST) No-Show Fee. For credit packages, you’ll lose 1 credit. Make sure to check in with a desk team member to avoid these fees! Who’s responsible for keeping my subscription active? You are! Make sure your subscription is active to book classes. We’re not responsible if your subscription lapses and you can’t book a class. How does the automatic renewal work? All subscriptions renew automatically. You’ll be billed continuously until you decide to cancel. There’s a minimum 3-month contract, and if you don’t cancel by the end of the 3rd month, it’ll renew for another month. How do I terminate my subscription? To cancel, request it at least 7 days before the 4th billing cycle. If you cancel within 7 days, there’s a RM54 (after SST) processing fee. Email admin@flyproject.co to start the termination. Can I freeze my package? Yes, you can freeze your package for RM100 (before SST) per 30 days for travel or festive reasons. This doesn’t extend the validity, just carries over the remaining days. For medical reasons, there’s a one-time fee of RM100 (before SST). Email admin@flyproject.co with your supporting documents for medical-related freezes.
  • FIRST TIME
    What Do I Wear? What Do I Bring? Sports attire (Activewear and trainer shoes) you feel comfortable in, towels, and a bottle of water. What Should I Expect? Please arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before your class, in order for a member of staff to assist you with any set-up or preparation required. Do You Offer Free Trial Classes? Unfortunately free trial classes are not offered. However, we do have a good deal for our trial package (First Fliers) - RM99.00 for 3 classes.
  • BOOK A CLASS
    How do I book a class? Once you have purchased a package, click on "Book A Class" on the Menu Bar. The schedule will be available to book a class. Select the class you want to book for. How long is a class? FLYCYCLE and FLYFIGHT classes are 45 minutes. FLYCIRCUIT and FLYREFORMER classes are 50 minutes. FLYLAB classes are 50 minutes or 1 hour depending on the class. What kind of classes do you offer? FLYCYCLE offers: FLYCYCLE BEGINNER FLYRIDE FLYRIDE WARRIOR FLYFIGHT offers: BEGINNER BOXING FIGHT HIIT BOOTY BOXING BOX100 FLYLAB offers: Yoga Pilates Barre Mobility Etc. FLYREFORMER offers: FLYREFORMER FLOW (Beg) FLYREFORMER SCULPT (Intermediate) FLYREFORMER TONE (Advanced) FLYCIRCUIT Functional Strength METCON EMOM Triple Threat FLYCIRCUIT+ HYBRID METCON X Do you accept walk-ins without booking? Walk-ins are accepted, but not recommended. Anyone who participates in any of our classes is required to have an account with us, even walk-ins are required to create their own accounts and make payment upon arrival at the studio. Save the hassle and avoid disappointment by pre-booking your classes online. How many spots can I book up to per class/per package? First Fliers package, 1 CREDIT and 4 CREDITS package permits only 1 booking per class. Any package of 12 CREDITS and above allows up to 8 bookings per class. Why can’t I book a class even though I have a package? There could be a few reasons for this issue: Package Eligibility: Make sure your package covers the class you’re trying to book. Different packages may have specific class types or restrictions. Activation and Expiry Dates: Your package becomes active from the date of purchase and is only valid until its expiry date. Ensure that you are booking within the valid period of your package. Credits cannot be used for classes outside the package’s validity period. For instance, if your package expires on June 25, 2024, credits will no longer be valid for bookings after 11:59 PM on June 24, 2024. You can book classes on June 25, but the booking must be completed before June 25. Please check these details to ensure you can successfully book your class.
  • SCHEDULES, UPDATES & WAITLIST
    When Does The Schedule Go Live? Every Sunday at 12pm. When Can I Book? You can book anytime the schedule is live and available, for classes up to a week in advance. What Happens If A class Is Full Or Waitlist? If a class is full, you can opt to be added onto the Waitlist. You would have to ensure you have sufficient credits, as the system would automatically add you into the class once a spot becomes available. You will get a confirmation email once you secure a spot. If a spot doesn’t open up, no credits are deducted. Is There A Walk-In Waitlist? If you walk-in without prior booking, classes might already be fully booked. However, if there are any no shows or late arrivals, we will be able to slot you in, provided you have sufficient credits.
  • CHECKING IN
    What do I need to bring? (for FLYLAB, FLYCYCLE, FLYFIGHT, FLYREFORMER, FLYCIRCUIT) FLYCYCLE Comfortable sports attire, socks and water bottle. Spinning shoes is provided in the studio. FLYLAB Comfortable sports attire, trainer shoes and water bottle. Equipment(e.g. weights, mats, bands etc) are provided in the studio. FLYFIGHT Comfortable sports attire, trainer shoes and water bottle. Wraps and boxing gloves are provided in the studio. FLYREFORMER Comfortable sports attire, grip socks and water bottle. FLYCIRCUIT Comfortable sports attire, trainer shoes and water bottle. Equipment(e.g. weights, mats, bands etc) and towels are provided in the studio. When and Where Do I Check In? Please check in 20 minutes prior to the class and at our front desk upon arrival. What Happens If I’m Late For Class? Running late? Give us a quick call! We’ll try to hold your spot for up to 10 minutes after class starts, but we can’t promise it’ll be yours. And remember, if it’s been more than 10 minutes since the class began, we won’t be able to let you in—it’s all about keeping the vibe just right for everyone. However, you’ll get a Late Arrival Credit to use for another class. This rule is strict for FLYCYCLE and FLYFIGHT classes. But for FLYREFORMER, FLYCIRCUIT, FLYCIRCUIT+, and FLYLAB, we’re a bit more flexible—latecomers are still welcome.
  • CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
    How do I cancel a booking? Head over to 'My Classes' tab on your account, and select ‘Cancel’. Credits will automatically be refunded to your account upon cancellation, provided cancellation was performed more than 12 hours prior to the class. Is there a cancellation fee? We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, if a class cancellation is performed less than 12 hours prior to the class, your credit will be forfeited. What happens if I do not show up for class? Do I get a refund? If you do not show up for a class, your credit is forfeited. What if there’s an emergency? If there was an unexpected circumstance, we will require a medical certificate or photo evidence, in order for us to refund your credit. Send an email to admin@flyproject.co.
  • FACILITIES
    What Amenities Do You Provide? Each Studio will have the following : Lockers. You can set your own pin (no padlock required) Changing Rooms (equipped with hair dryers) Toilets and Showers What If I Forgot To Bring? Socks We sell socks at our studios. Water Bottle We sell bottled water, and have a water filter for you to refill if you brought your own. Do You Have A Water Filter? Yes, we do. If you have your own water bottle, you can refill it at our studios.
  • PREGNANT & INJURIES
    Can I Workout If I Am Pregnant? What Should I Do? We strongly advise you to seek your doctor’s approval before attending our classes. Can I workout if I have bad knees? Please seek your doctor’s advice if you have any prior injuries or medical conditions which might affect your health and wellbeing during our classes.
