SET UP
SEAT HEIGHT
Bring the top of the saddle
to hip bone height.
SEAT DISTANCE
The distance between the front of saddle and the handlebar knob should equal the length of your forearm plus the width of 3 fingers.
HANDLEBAR DEPTH
Our new Next Gen bikes allow you to adjust the handlebars depth to a fit that feels best during your
upper body choreography.
HANDLEBAR HEIGHT
The bottom of the handlebars should be the same height,
or higher than, the top of
the saddle.
WEIGHTS
Pick weights
(start with 2-pounders!)
for the arm series before
class starts — they’re in bins
by the instructor’s podium.
CLIPPING IN & OUT
To clip in, slide your cleat
forward over the pedal until it catches and then push
down your heel.
(The click sound means you’re secure.)
Flick your ankle away from the pedal to unclip.
Pro tip: the studio staff is there to help if you’re having trouble.
