When Marc discovered fitness (calisthenics/body weight exercise), it drastically improved his well being and how he values himself as a person. Marc never really envisioned fitness to be part of his lifestyle or as an important aspect of his personal development. 

That being said, he wants to channel all that energy and drive into his routines to inspire and motivate people to be the best version of themselves.
