YOGA

Non-stop flow yoga, moving in a series of combination poses. This class is a top-to-toe tone and stretch total body workout, aimed to improved flexibility and build inner strength. It is a counter workout to excessive cardio, and will build core strength and muscular endurance.

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang yoga is the more traditional hatha or ashtanga based asana practice that develops muscular strength, stamina and flexibility.

This 60mins offering combines a basic yoga flow with a practice of strength and flexibility, stability, mobility and sound therapy. The vibration of sound room the crystal singing bowl will be played for savasana to deepen the state of relaxation to nourish and promote the overall wellness of the being. Beginners are welcome. Movement variation will be given to practioners.
