Charmaine enjoys different forms of physical activities be it indoor cycling or rock climbing in the outdoors. She believes in trying new things and finding activities that you love for sustainable fitness.
She's constantly exploring ways for yoga to complement all these other activities by stretching tight muscles or strengthening
opposing muscle groups to prevent injuries.
Her classes are about helping others discover their strengths and working around different body structures because everyone is unique in their own ways.
Being a fitness junkie, her classes often incorporate core moves that will power up your practice. Charmaine also constantly emphasizes on having fun while learning because it is also important that students leave the class happy!
