STUDIO LEADS


ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to either the Studio Manager (SM) and Head of Operations (HO), the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, class quality, human resources (desk team), facilities, to ensure that the studio under his or her care are successful business units. RESPONSIBILITY OVERVIEW (Home Studio):

  • Manage day to day operations of the studio
  • Ensure delivery of excellent member service
  • Grow the club culture by building strong relationships with members
  • Grow and mentor the desk team staff
  • Be prepared to take on extra duties, development and problem - solving tasks as necessary
  • Conduct class capacity / attendance audits to maximize class capacity and studio usage
  • Conduct daily class count to ensure achievement of daily capacity target
  • Inspect and manage 10 point check for all studios he / she is responsible for
Qualifications:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction

FRONT DESK / COMMUNITY ASSOCIATES


Front Desk / Community Associates - FULL TIME Working hours:

  • Mon-Fri: 4PM-11PM
  • 1 weekend shift per week: 8AM-4PM

REFORMER INSTRUCTORS


JOB DESCRIPTION If you are a professional Pilates instructor who is energetic, friendly, willing to learn, build relationships with potential and existing clients, sell classes and lead dynamic apparatus focused workout routines (we use Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre and more), you’ll be a great addition to our team. We are looking for instructors with confidence in working with all levels of clients to provide challenging, fitness-based Pilates classes in a safe manner. Flyproject offers blocked scheduling and shifts, the ability to teach multiple level classes, continuing education, employee status (not independent contractor), room for growth and a supportive & fun environment! REQUIREMENTS

  • Current full apparatus Pilates Reformer Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
  • Experience teaching group classes
  • Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction
  • Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style
  • Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises
  • Punctual, reliable and dedicated
  • Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Flyproject standards
  • Instructing clients (up to 6 clients per class) using proper form and safe methods on a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights, etc. to ensure a safe, yet creative experience
  • Conducting private, semi-private, demo or other additional sessions as needed
  • Visually inspecting the equipment prior to each class to ensure it is in good working order and safe to use
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
  • Assisting with membership sales and checking clients in
  • Building studio revenue by promoting retail and membership sales & services
  • Being a motivating and inspiring force

Job Description

  • Managing campaigns on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

HEAD OF FINANCE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


Job Description

  • Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports to Executive Management & Shareholders.
  • Oversee development of the company’s finance including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
  • Supervise the documentation of the company’s financial status and forecasts.
  • Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
  • Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company’s status and financial forecasts.
  • Develop plans for business and revenue growth.
  • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance with minimum 5 years accounting experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in the field.
  • Proven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Xero and Quickbooks.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.

ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER


Job Description

  • Assist in submission of management reports with analysis on financial variance in P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports for group accounts.
  • Assist in identifying and extracting appropriate drivers and business models that support Executive Management's decision making.
  • Consistently assess performance measurements and evaluate cost efficiencies to improve overall financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards, taxation regulations and internal company policies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management or equivalent.

  • Organised and has excellent attention to detail.
