JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
  2. Plans concept by studying information and materials.

About The Job

  • Liaise with vendors/suppliers on fulfillment of payments
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations on incoming payments and clear related issues
  • Assist in financial reporting for shareholders and upper management on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

ROLE OVERVIEW: Reporting to either the Studio Manager (SM) and Head of Operations (HO), the person in this position is to effectively handle all aspects of customer experience, class quality, human resources (desk team), facilities, to ensure that the studio under his or her care are successful business units.   • To start up and lead our new Physiotherapy clinic.
  • To plan growth strategy for the wellness business unit.
  • To participate in the weekend rota system.
  • To maintain and demonstrate your own clinical professional development by keeping up to date with new treatment trends and research, incorporating them into your work as necessary.
  • To ensure best practice at all times by outcome evaluation, attendance at post graduate courses and reading current literature.
1. Clinical Duties
  • To be professional, legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.
  • To ensure a high standard of clinical care to patients under your management.
  • To undertake comprehensive assessments of patients and to formulate effective, clinically reasoned treatment plans.
  • To carry out timely assessment and treatment of a mixed caseload of inpatients and to facilitate a safe discharge home.
  • To be competent in using a wide variety of assessment techniques and skills
  • To assess patients’ needs for any rehabilitative equipment and aids to improve safety and functioning within the home.
  • To train patients, carers, family members and other agencies on the use of any equipment issued.

  • Current full apparatus Pilates Reformer Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent
