Aggie's fitness journey began with kickboxing and Muay Thai back in 2010. Today, she keeps her workouts interesting and enjoys everything from pilates to HIIT to pole dancing - which is probably why you will get such a huge variety of genres in her class playlist.
Aggie believes that health and fitness isn't about the number on a scale or the measurement of your waistline, but about focusing on how you feel both inside and out. She advocates listening to your body and letting everything else falls into place.
